The use of conversation techniques is an effective method to communicate more successfully, especially in difficult situations! The webinar focuses specifically and concisely on conversation situations with the youth welfare office, guardians ad litem, and in (moderated) parent conversations with the child’s father.

These conversation techniques work! Try them out! You will experience a completely different reaction, not only from the child’s father but—most importantly—from those who really matter: the decision-makers at the youth welfare office & Co.

It’s a bit like learning a foreign language: you have to practice it. The techniques and phrases are best practiced before important conversations in less emotionally stressful situations. But even if not all phrases work perfectly right away, you will never be at a loss for words again!

Do these techniques always work? Of course not—but much more often than you might expect! And most importantly: It feels much better to take active steps rather than letting yourself be cornered, reacting aggressively, or merely justifying yourself. None of that is helpful!

In the webinar “Successfully Handling Difficult Conversations” you will learn and practice simple conversation techniques and standard phrases to avoid falling into the trap of justification in difficult conversations and to make yourself heard. You will also learn how to stand up to narcissistic attacks in conversations, particularly but not exclusively in parental counseling.
